SHED-IT is a successful weight loss program designed to improve the health condition of men.
SHED-IT has been a great success and men who followed the program have lost almost 10 kg on average. Previous participants have also significantly reduced their waist size, body fat mass, blood pressure and greatly improved their physical activity levels and nutrition. SHED-IT were looking for a re-brand and series of collateral pieces that were engaging and attractive to the modern man. I worked collaboratively with a team of designers on this pitch and brand concept. I was responsible for the design of the brand's business card, pattern and weight loss log book.
